Partners In Action, Inc. owner, Rhoda Kreuzer, created Partners In Action, Inc. ten years ago. Our team utilizes consulting, training and professional coaching techniques to fulfill our passion of creating “green” environments within organizations. We strive to create leaders who can develop thriving, synergistic cultures with a strong triple bottom line.
From sole proprietors up to international companies; our clients benefit from the teams passion, wisdom, and expertise. We have serviced industries such as manufacturing, engineering, medical, legal, technology, insurance, educational, non-profit, and much more.
Rhoda Kreuzer has served as a National Training Director and conducted workshops at the national, regional and local level for over 15 years. She has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources and has supervised paid staff as well as volunteers. She is a licensed distributor for DISC Behavioral Profiles.
Rhoda has a degree in Human Resources and is accredited in Volunteer Management. She serves on several community boards including the following:
- Regional Alliance for Diversity in Public Purchasing
- The CEO Round Table Steering Committee for the GR Chamber of Commerce
- Served as President of the Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs from 2001 - 2004
She was awarded:
- The 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan in 2008
- Nominee for the Athena Award in 2008
- Volunteer of the Year by CEED in 2008
- Listed in the Who's Who Directory 2000-2005
- Woman of the Year Award in 2002
- Received the Alliance of the Year Award in 2001
