I have learned over the years that when one’s mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear.

Courage is often defined by doing some act in the face of great risk. These days you could give up easily if you consider the obstacles and risks of the economy, COVID 19, racial tensions, political unrest, and much more. Courageous leaders understand these challenges and are determined to rise above them.
Make no mistake in thinking that successful leaders have no fear. Instead, they focus on what needs to be accomplished and determine a course towards that goal. It is the commitment of a leader’s will to act on, and implement, strategies that allows them to succeed over time; in spite of obstacles, in spite of possible failure, and in spite of fears.
I challenge you to display courage each day in taking the next step, no matter how difficult, challenging, or uncertain the future may be. Each step is essential to leadership and to success!
