When someone reaches out to ask for assistance, we typically consider how our own services could meet their needs. Focusing on our existing expertise makes sense as we try to identify a solution from our current mix of options. Even when there is not an exact match with what we provide, it is tempting to see if we can still create interest in using our products or services.

For example, Partners In Action provides leadership and HR coaching, but we do not provide counseling. What would happen if we could offer a more expanded number of services by collaborating with others that touch on and complement our team? What new energy and broadened solutions might emerge?
Our newest Leadership Bits & Bytes podcast features a chiropractor, Dr. Bobby Belmonte, who is pushing the boundaries of what it means to collaborate with others. He is seeking to create a holistic approach to medicine and wellness for his patients through aligning his practice with others.
