Myths that Limit Success 

Over the years I have coached some very intelligent and talented professionals who were not achieving the success that they had hoped to attain.   They each had accomplished some great results and had worked hard to demonstrate their abilities as leaders.  However, what soon also became apparent is that they held beliefs that were tripping them up.  Each of them expressed commitment to myths that they thought would propel them forward but instead held them back.

These truths, among others, have a tremendous impact on our ability to lead well and to excel.  This is true not only for us, but also for our teams.  Modeling how to reframe our thoughts around these myths will allow us to transition from being a good worker to being a great leader.
